What to know about the Cadillac Crosstrek in 2017

  • September 27, 2021

On this year’s Crosstreks, we get a full-on interior overhaul with new stitching and an aluminum body panel.

The interior is styled after a classic, a more contemporary look that includes leather seats and a new center console.

Inside, the interior includes a full leather steering wheel and four buttons for driving modes: cruise, Sport, Eco and Comfort.

All-wheel drive is also on offer.

The new Crosstrekt also has more storage space in the trunk and an expanded trunk lid for a more streamlined appearance.

The 2017 Crosstreck also has a longer wheelbase, with longer rear seat backs and more legroom.

Cadillac’s 2017 Crossteks also have more technology, like an 8.2-inch touchscreen, adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring.

The all-wheel-drive system is also more capable, but not necessarily faster.

It uses the rear wheels to turn, and that allows it to brake more quickly, allowing it to stay in first gear.

The 2016 Crosstrekk is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine, while the 2017 version comes with a 3-liter twin-turbo V6.

Both cars have six-speed manual transmissions, though the 2017 model has a six-wheel disc brakes.

A new feature is the new 7.2MP rear camera, which offers 720-by-480 resolution.

A 5.7-inch infotainment screen with touch controls is standard on the Crosstreek.

It also has an optional 6.2″ touchscreen with touch and voice controls.

The 2019 Crosstreak is powered with a 2.0-liter turbocharged V6 and is available with all-new front and rear parking sensors.

The 2018 Crosstreik has a 6.0″ touchscreen and six-speaker audio system.

The Crosstreki’s powertrain also includes a 7.0L V6, six-cylinder engine, turbochargers and an electric motor.

Cadillac will sell the 2017 Crosstrek as a crossover and a luxury sedan.

For the 2019 model year, Cadillac has dropped the rear seatback to the driver’s side and added a large rear air dam for improved cabin ventilation.

Both the Crossteks come with leather seats.

The Cadillac Crosstrake comes with an all-aluminum body and chrome wheels and is equipped with a six.0 L V6 with a 420-hp rating.

The 2021 Crosstreke is powered on the same 3.0 liter V6 as the 2017, with a 715-hp rated engine.

The next-generation Cadillac Crosstek is expected to start hitting dealerships in 2019.
